1.      One fully muffle Tunnel Kiln for firing of Sanitarywares at M/s Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd., Bahadurgarh (Haryana) in 1977-78. Design: M/s Karl Heimsoth, West Germany; Capacity-16.0 M.T./day; Length-123.5 Meters; Fuel-Furnace oil.

 

2.      One semi muffle Tunnel Kiln for firing of Sanitarywares erected at M/s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1980-81. Design; M/s Karl Heimesth, West Germany; Capacity -12.0 M.T./day; Length- 86.5 Meters; Fuel- Light Diesel Oil / Natural Gas.

 

3.      One open fire Sanitarywares Shuttle Kiln erected at M/s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1980-81. Design; Lisland Ltd., U.K., Volume -12.5 M3; Fuel-Natural Gas /Light Diesel Oil.

 

4.      One semi muffle Tunnel Kiln for firing of Sanitarywares erected at M /s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1983-84. Capacity-18.0 M.T./day; Length-86.5 Meters; Fuel-Light Diesel Oil / Natural Gas.

 

5.      Three mini Chamber Kilns for Plaster of Paris erected at M/s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1982, 1984 and 1986. Capacity-1.5 M.T…2Nos and 2.5 M.T…1No.

 

6.      One computerized Ceramic fibre Shuttle Kiln erected at M/s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1986 along with Mr.P.S.Shipley M.D., Lisland Ltd. U.K. Capacity- 8.0 M.T./day; Volume-53.0 M3.

 

7.      One Ceramic fibre Shuttle Kiln for Laboratory erected at M/s Madhusudan Ceramics, Kadi (N.G.) in 1987 for Glazed Tiles. Biscuit and Glost Loading 0.75 M.T./ Charge and 0.2 M.T./ Charge respectively.

 

8.      Experience of Glazed and Wall Tile for the following.

   a.  One dryer for Floor Tiles.

   b.  One dryer for walls Tiles.

   c.  One Hot Air Generator for nodules drying.

   d.  One Ceramic fibre Shuttle Kiln erected for Biscuit and Glost. Capacity; 12.5M.T. / Cycle (Biscuit) and 3.5 M.T./Cycle (Glost).

 

9.   Experience of Laboratory for the following:

a.  Testing of raw materials and its control.

b.    Norms for the raw materials which are to be maintained for I.S.I.product.

c.     Plaster of Paris production and its testing.
